Oasis Residences One is a nine-storey complex located in Masdar City, an eco-friendly and livable area of Abu Dhabi. The project was implemented by Reportage Properties. The building was completed in the first quarter of 2021.

A distinctive feature of the building is its unique structural solutions used for the roof, which ensures the maximum reduction of energy consumption costs.

Oasis Residences One features 612 properties, including studios, one- to two-bedroom apartments, and duplexes. The development also has a limited collection of penthouses located on the upper floors, which feature private terraces and private swimming pools.

Residences are complete with fully equipped kitchens, separate staff quarters, walk-in closets in the master bedrooms, and tempered safety glass balconies that offer stunning views of the surrounding area.
